1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RelayHitch (the "Platform"), operated by Sovereign Axiom LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

RelayHitch is an AI-powered dispatch platform designed for trades businesses. The Platform provides automated call answering and dispatch through AI voice agents, SMS notifications and communication tools, job management and technician dispatching, and related business tools. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to process inbound calls and may not always capture information with 100% accuracy.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; send unsolicited or unauthorized SMS messages through the Platform; misrepresent yourself or your business when using the Platform; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform; or use the Platform to transmit harmful, threatening, or harassing content.

5. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

By using the SMS features of RelayHitch, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier guidelines. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending messages through the Platform. Messages sent through the Platform must be related to legitimate service dispatch and business communications.

6. AI Disclaimer

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to handle inbound calls and create dispatch tickets. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses and data extraction may contain errors. You acknowledge that AI dispatch is an assistive tool and that you are responsible for verifying critical information, including emergency situations, service addresses, and customer details before dispatching technicians.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Sovereign Axiom LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovereign Axiom LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated errors in call handling or dispatch.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
