Call Data: When customers call your RelayHitch dispatch number, we process the caller's phone number, call duration, and the content of the conversation to create service dispatch tickets. Call recordings and transcripts may be stored for quality assurance and service delivery.

SMS Data: Phone numbers and message content for dispatch notifications, appointment confirmations, and service updates sent on behalf of your business.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and performance metrics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the RelayHitch platform; process inbound customer calls through our AI dispatch system; send SMS notifications related to service dispatching; improve our AI dispatch accuracy and platform features; communicate with you about your account and platform updates; and comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS/MMS Messaging

By using RelayHitch, your customers may receive SMS messages related to service dispatch, appointment scheduling, and job status updates. Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, they can reply HELP.

We do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through our platform are used solely for service dispatch and communication purposes.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform, including Twilio (telephony and SMS), Retell AI (voice AI processing), and Supabase (data storage). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
