How does the 30-day free trial work?
You pick a plan, enter your card, and get 30 days of full access. On day 31 you're billed the rate you chose (monthly or annual). Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged.
Why do you need a card upfront?
A card on file stops spam signups and keeps your service uninterrupted when the trial ends. You can update, replace, or remove the card any time from the billing dashboard.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — cancel from billing settings with one click. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries automatically over 7 days. During that window you keep full access and we show a banner so you can update your card. After 7 days of failures access pauses until the card is updated.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from the billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Monthly vs annual — which should I pick?
Annual saves 15% off the monthly rate but is paid upfront. Monthly is more flexible if you're not sure yet. You can switch from monthly to annual any time from billing settings.
